MY THOUGHT ABOUT STUDYING

Textbooks piled high, a mountain to climb. My brain feels like mush, stuck in a time warp of rhyme. Mitochondria, photosynthesis, oh, the despair! I wish I were strumming a ukulele on a beach somewhere. Studying is a struggle, a test of my will. The coffee's not working, and I forgot how to chill. Highlighting chapters, my mind starts to drift, Daydreaming of pizza and the next Netflix gift. Flashcard shuffle, definitions take flight, but all I can picture is a movie night, Historical dates, and equations galore. My attention span shrinks, closing the door. Studying is a struggle, a test of my will. The window beckons and the birds sing their song. Maybe a quick nap won't make things go wrong? Just a power snooze, a ten-minute break. Studying is a struggle, a test of my will. The coffee's not working, and I forgot how to chill. Highlighting chapters, my mind starts to drift, daydreaming of pizza and the next Netflix gift, but with a sigh and a groan, I pick up my pen. You have to cram this knowledge; got to win, win, win! So, here's to the struggle, the laughter, the tears. May the knowledge stick and conquer all fears!
